How to use
1. Mix the liquid silicone and the curing agent in a ratio of 100:2;
2. After the liquid silicone rubber and the curing agent are evenly stirred, vacuumize and remove air bubbles. The vacuuming time should not be too long. Under normal circumstances, it should not exceed ten minutes;
3. Grind and polish the mold to be smooth, and then apply the release agent. The mold release agent must be evenly brushed, and fix the mold on the wooden board with glue;
4. Pour the evacuated silica gel directly onto the product. After the liquid silicone is dried and formed, take out the product and the mold is formed.
Storage and Caution
1.Shelf life: 12 Months.
2.Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
3.Do not contact with any organic compounds such as N, P, s, Sn, Pb, RG, Bi, as plasma compounds when operating the addition Liquid silicone rubber, otherwise it will cause the curing agent poisoning, cause the curing agent poisoning, and cause the phenomenon that the silicone will not cure.
