What is Self-lubricating LSR?

Self-lubricating liquid silicone rubber, also known as oil-releasing liquid silicone rubber, is a specially formulated two-component liquid silicone material. Cross-linking between siloxane chains occurs by adding a platinum catalyst. The elastomer formed after curing provides high surface lubricity. It also has ultra-fast curing, ultra-high rebound, and low deformation characteristics. It usually produces the required parts for different fields through the injection molding process, and the main applications in the market are medical, machinery, and automobile.

Why use self-lubricating LSR?
