What is Self-Adhesive Liquid Silicone Rubber ?

Self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber（LSR） also known as selective self-adhesive or self-bonding liquid silicone rubber, is A\B two-component, without the bottom coating can be in the hot curing molding process and different substrates for bonding of translucent self-adhesive LSR. It can be directly molded with plastic or metal materials without using a primer to obtain an integral molding product. In the past, the integrally formed products obtained in this way have structural limitations. After the primer is applied to the injection-molded product, there will be problems such as spots, and the adhesiveness will change with the drying state. Self-adhesive silicone LSR can solve the above problems, and it can be directly molded with various types of substrates at one time.

    How to Use it?

     
    1. Use alcohol to clean the materials that need to be bonded.

    2. Mix A and B with a liquid injection molding machine in proportion, then inject them into the mold and wait for curing.

    3. Recommended curing conditions: temperature is 110-130 degrees and time is 60-120 seconds.

    4. The specific conditions of curing can be determined according to the thickness or size of the product
