What is Liquid silicone rubber(LSR) for electrical cable accessories？

It is an insulating liquid silicone material of a two-component polyaddition system, especially suitable for molding, extrusion, or medium and low-pressure automatic injection molding processes. It has super-strong insulation, high recovery elasticity, excellent aging resistance and arc resistance, and even electric leakage resistance can reach IA4.5 level. Especially used in intelligent power transmission and distribution and conductive fields, it is an ideal choice for cable accessories with different voltage levels and different structural forms.

LSR is a key insulating material for cable accessories. As the demand for transmission and distribution lines increases, there are many joints and branches in the cables, and LSR is used for these accessories. The performance of the products we have developed is about 20-30% better than the market, surpassing the standards of the country and the power industry, but the product price is only about 70% of the import price.
