Medical grade LSR is an elastic liquid silicone rubber cured by platinum catalyst and high-purity two-component silicone rubber It is uniformly mixed in a static mixer below 30° and a low-temperature barrel, and then injected into the mold through a nozzle. The mold temperature needs to be heated to above 140° (different sizes of products have different curing temperatures), the two-component material is inside the mold and a curing crosslinking reaction is carried out.
