Operations
Mix the liquid silicone rubber and the curing agent in a proportion evenly;
Put the evenly mixed liquid silicone rubber into the vacuum machine for vacuuming and de-bubble treatment which makes the product smooth and free of bubbles;
Spray (coat) a layer of mold release agent on the already made mold seed and mold frame, fix the mold seed in the middle and pour the liquid silica gel after the bubbles have been discharged into the mold frame slowly and steadily. Finally, wait for it fully cured;
Notes
Addition type liquid silicone rubber and condensation type liquid silicone rubber cannot touch each other.
The prepared liquid silicone should be used up as soon as possible within the operational time；
Addition type liquid silicone rubber should not be in contact with water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids, alkalis, and compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur during operation to avoid a non-curing phenomenon；
