How to use
According to the structure, pattern, and use of the product, select the appropriate liquid silicone rubber for the ratio (100:2);
Stir the liquid silicone rubber evenly with a mixer, and then put it in a vacuum machine to vacuum(-0.1mpa) it;
After vacuuming, pour all the liquid silicone rubber into the mold seed, brush evenly, and blow off the bubbles on the liquid silicone rubber with the air gun again;
Wait for about 15 minutes after the silicone rubber is dry, and then apply the second brushing;
When the LSR is not flowing, lay a layer of gauze on the silicone mold;
After painting, put the tenon and close the mold
Pour the adjusted plaster into the wooden board, apply it neatly, and remove the outer mold after the outer mold is cured;
Store and Caution
The amount of curing agent added should depend on the temperature, and it will be reduced when the temperature is high.
The vacuuming time should be not more than ten minutes.
It can be stored unopened for 12 months at a room temperature of 25°C.
