How to use
1. Divide two or more dies according to the product, so that the product can be easily demolded;
2. Fill the parts below the die line with sludge, the hardness of the sludge should not be too large, and it should be close to the mold seed when stacking;
3. Put on the tenon and leave the mold about one centimeter away, which is convenient for mold clamping and makes the mold, not in place;
4. Evenly coat the mold surface with a release agent, which can be detergent or soapy water;
5. Mix the gypsum product silicone rubber at a ratio of 100:2, mix it evenly, and put it into a vacuum machine to vacuum；
6. After the outer mold is completely cured, you need to remove the cardboard, the entire plaster outer mold, and the silicone mold. It can be put into production after 24 hours；
Store
It can be stored unopened for 12 months at a room temperature of 25°C.
It should be stored in a dry bath at room temperature and in an airtight container and do not contact with water to prevent deterioration.
