How to use
Mix liquid silicone rubber and the curing agent according to the weight ratio and mix them evenly (the ratio of addition type is 1:1);
Put the liquid silicone rubber after mixing and stirring into a vacuum machine for vacuuming and de-bubbling treatment;
Spray a layer of release agent on the mold frame, fix the mold seed in the middle, pour the liquid silicon rubber after the bubbles have been discharged into the mold frame slowly and steadily, and then stand still and wait for it to completely solidify;
After the mold liquid silicone rubber is completely cured, it can be demolded, and the liquid silicone rubber mold is taken out for edge treatment;
Generally it is recommended to put the liquid silicone rubber mold into use after being placed for 24 hours, which can bring out the best use effect of the mold;
Storage and Caution
1.Storage life: 12 Months.
2.Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
3.Do not contact with any organic compounds such as N, P, s, Sn, Pb, RG, Bi, as plasma compounds when operating the addition Liquid silicone rubber, otherwise it will cause the curing agent poisoning, cause the curing agent poisoning, and cause the phenomenon that the silicone will not cure.
