How to use
1. Mix the mold liquid silicone and the curing agent in a proportion of 100:2 by weight, then stir evenly;
2. Put the evenly mixed liquid silicone rubber into a vacuum machine for vacuuming and de-bubble treatment which is an advantage to making the product smooth and without bubbles;
3. Spray (coat) a layer of mold release agent on the already made mold seed and mold frame and fix the mold seed in the middle. And then you slowly and steadily pour the liquid silicone rubber into the mold frame until the silicone rubber is completely Covered by the mold seed;
4. After the mold liquid silicone rubber is completely cured, it can be demoulding, and then you took out it for edge treatment;
5. Generally, molds liquid silicone rubber is recommended to be put into use after being placed for 24 hours;
Store and Caution
It can be stored unopened for 12 months at a room temperature of 25°C.
It is not recommended to add silicone oil during operation.
It belongs to condensation type mold liquid silicone and cannot be mixed with addition type liquid silicone.
