Operations
Mix the liquid silicone rubber and the curing agent in a ratio of 100:2, then stir evenly;
Put the proportioned liquid silicone into the vacuum machine for vacuuming and de-bubbling treatment.;
Spray a layer of Vaseline on the mold seed and mold frame, fix the mold seed in the middle, and then slowly and steadily pour the liquid silicone rubber after the bubbles have been discharged into the mold frame;
Demould after complete curing, use it after 24 hours;
Attention
Addition type liquid silicone rubber and condensation type fluid silicone rubber need to not be in contact with each other, or else the liquid silicone rubber will not be curing.
