Instruction
Cut the cardboard to surround the mold seed, seal the gap of the cardboard with hot melt adhesive, keep a distance of 5mm between the cardboard and the mold seed, and apply a release agent;
According to the size of the product, mix the liquid silicone rubber at a ratio of 100:2 and stir evenly, and then put it into a vacuum machine to vacuum (vacuum to -0.1mpa);
Pour the evacuated liquid silicone rubber into the mold seed. When it is completely cured, remove the silicone rubber mold;
Notices
The vacuuming time should not be too long to prevent the cross-linking reaction of the silicone rubber during vacuuming, which will make the silicone rubber become piece by piece;
After the silicone mold is made, keep it in a ventilated, cool and dry place;
