Natural stone silicone weatherproof adhesive sealant is a one part, neutral curing silicone sealant which is specifically used for stone meeting and stone curtain wall.
Product function
"0" penetration pollution, can shape a sturdy adhesive pressure with most substrates inclusive of marble and granite, normally without primer.
It is high displacement ability and use for expansion and shear deformation of curtain wall.
It may be used for enlargement, connection, perimeter sealing and other cell interfaces. Uv resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance, very good climate resistance and growing old resistance.
Suitable power and elasticity, high and occasional temperature resistance: can withstand - 30 ~ + ninety ranges.
Desirable compatibility with impartial silicone adhesive.

Shelf life and Stroage
Stone Weatherproof Adhesive Sealant store in a cool, dry place for 12 months. Beyond the storage period, it need to test. If material properties meet the standard requirements, Silicone weatherproof sealant can continue to use.

Construction operation
- Conduct compatibility and adhesion test of contact materials before use;
- Clean the surface of the substrate to be bonded;
- Extrude the glue from the barrel to the interface with the glue gun;
- During construction, the joint shall be completely filled with sealant to ensure the bonding of both sides;
- Trim the edge before the glue is cured;
- Strike in a ventilated place;
Usage restriction
Can not be used as a structural bond;
After gluing before the glue is cured, it should not be completely isolated from the air;
It is not suitable to be used on the surface of material that oozes grease, plasticizer or other organic solvent;
Do not use frost or wet surface, long-term immersion occasions;
It is not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of building materials is lower than 4C or higher than 40℃;
