590ml Foil Sausage High Strength Neutral RTV Silicone Weatherproof Adhesive Sealant
High strength neutral silicone weatherproof adhesive sealant is specially used for advanced system doors and Windows engineering, sunshine shed, aluminum plastic plate engineering.
It has long service life, excellent weather resistance, can withstand UV, ozone, rain, ice and other erosion, and maintain good performance in the temperature range of - 50c to 100 degree.
One component, neutral ketoxime type, room temperature curing, medium modulus.
It has good elasticity and adhesion, displacement energy of 20%, no primer for most building materials and good compatibility with neutral silicone adhesive.
Application
Non structural waterproof sealing of joints of advanced doors and windows and glasss’ installation.
Waterproof sealing between window frame and wall.
Non structural waterproof sealing of all kinds of aluminum-plastic panels and solar shed projects.
Joint filling and bonding for indoor and outdoor decoration.

Shelf life and Stroage
Silicone weatherproofing sealant store in a cool, dry place for 12 months. Beyond the storage period, it need to test. If material properties meet the standard requirements, Silicone weatherproof sealant can continue to use.

Construction operation
- Conduct compatibility and adhesion test of contact materials before use;
- Clean the surface of the substrate to be bonded;
- Extrude the glue from the barrel to the interface with the glue gun;
- During construction, the joint shall be completely filled with sealant to ensure the bonding of both sides;
- Trim the edge before the glue is cured;
- Strike in a ventilated place;
Usage restriction
Can not be used as a structural bond;
After gluing before the glue is cured, it should not be completely isolated from the air;
It is not suitable to be used on the surface of material that oozes grease, plasticizer or other organic solvent;
Do not use frost or wet surface, long-term immersion occasions;
It is not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of building materials is lower than 4C or higher than 40℃;
