The liquid optical-grade liquid silicone rubber material used for earphone sleeves, also known as glass-grade transparent liquid silicone, is a two-component (AB ratio of 1:1), transparent heating-curing liquid optical silicone. It has the special characteristics of softness, good shear strength, and light transmittance of more than 95%. Due to its low viscosity and excellent flow, it can be used for injection molding. It is suitable for the manufacture of primary or secondary lens optical fibers, light pipes, and other optical devices.
